Arch tells him about the best bars, restaurants, beaches, hikes etc. She also tells him about how in San Francisco restaurants can have crazy wait times, which areas are connected by public transport, where to find the best skyline view and so on.

Yes, you can be a local guide for the city you live in or have lived in past. It can be anyone who has an extensive knowledge of the place and is willing to spend some time helping the travelers. We are starting with the network of friends and family but anyone is welcome to join the community. Just get in touch with us.
Which cities are you operating in right now?
As of now we are just in San Francisco, but, hopefully we will be expanding soon.

All communication can be done through the email address, phone number and contact us forms provided on this website. You do not need to meet your guide (or traveler) in person but if you decide to do so, please meet them at a public place. Take all the precautions you would normally take when meeting a stranger.
